Bookings

No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit have been provided.

Charges

Prices shall be charged in the local currency or you can swipe credit card once you arrive hotel.

Check-in/ Check-out Requirements

At the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving license.

Guests may check-in at any time from 12:15 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival

On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is stated as part of your Booking).

Payment

All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel.

Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge you for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay

Children

All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Law And Jurisdiction

This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Nepali law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nepal court.
